The CCS studies a variety of community
public-policy issues and provides contracted research and services to
government, foundations, and the private sector. The Centre has applied
its expertise to a number of urban issues including the economic impact
of the creative sector, the impact of social services downloading, downtown
renewal, media diversity, regional transit, and the federal "New
Deal" for cities.
The Centre for Community Study has worked
